The Grand Ledge Chair Company Plant, located at 101 Perry Street in Grand Ledge, Michigan, is a historic site built in 1906 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1987. Originally founded in 1837, the company specialized in furniture manufacturing, particularly chairs and tables. The three-story cream-colored brick building features a distinctive stepped-gable entrance and overlooks the Grand River. After its closure in 1981, the plant was refurbished into Riverwalk Apartments, preserving its historical significance while providing modern residential living.
