Merchant's House Museum (Tredwell House)

The Merchant's House Museum is an early 19th-century family home built in 1832 and preserved with much of its original contents. It was the home of the Tredwell family; the last occupant, Gertrude Tredwell, died in 1933. Museum staff and some visitors have reported unexplained phenomena such as voices, footsteps, and sudden temperature changes, though these accounts are anecdotal and debated.
