AT&T Building (Indianapolis)

The AT&T Building, now known as 220 Meridian, is a historic high-rise in Indianapolis, Indiana, opened in 1932 and originally serving as the headquarters for AT&T. This 22-story structure, which spans 554,000 square feet, underwent a remarkable relocation process in 1930 without disrupting telephone services. After being sold in 2017, it was redeveloped into a mixed-use space featuring luxury apartments, retail, and office areas, culminating in a 2023 completion that earned the 2024 CoStar Impact Award. Notably, the redevelopment includes a rooftop pool, the highest of its kind in Indiana, making it an intriguing destination for tourists and researchers alike.
