Old Stone House - Washington's oldest unchanged building

The Old Stone House at 3051 M St NW was built in 1765 and is the oldest unchanged building structure in Washington, D.C. It is owned and operated by the National Park Service and sits amid later Georgetown rowhouses. Its tucked-in location on a commercial block makes the colonial stone house easy to miss while walking the neighborhood.
