Tivoli Brewery complex / Tivoli Student Union (adaptive reuse)

The Tivoli Brewery traces its corporate origins to 1864, and the brewery complex on the Auraria Campus was retained and adapted during campus development. The building at 900 Auraria Pkwy now houses the Tivoli Student Union, retail, and dining while incorporating late-19th/early-20th-century brewery structures. The site is a widely cited example in Denver of adaptive reuse of historic industrial infrastructure.
