Geisel Library (Theodor Seuss Geisel)

Geisel Library at the University of California San Diego is named for author Theodor Seuss Geisel (Dr. Seuss) and his wife Audrey Geisel. The library was officially renamed in 1995 after the Geisels made substantial gifts to the university. It houses the Dr. Seuss Collection and other archives related to Geisel's work and legacy. The building is a prominent landmark on the UCSD campus.
