The building features a striking façade with ornate windows and a clock tower. Historically, it served as the meeting place for the Bray Urban District Council and hosted various community activities, including markets and local organizations. Today, while the upper floors retain some historical significance, the ground floor is home to a McDonald's restaurant, blending the town's rich heritage with modern commercial use.
