William Kirby Walsh House

The William Kirby Walsh House, built between 1873 and 1875 in Jackson, Tennessee, is a notable example of Italianate architecture. Originally constructed for William Kirby Walsh, a co-founder of the First National Bank of Jackson, the house remained in the Walsh-Sullivan family until 1935. After the death of Walsh's daughter, Jennie, the property was converted into four apartments. It has been recognized for its historical significance and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1993, making it an interesting site for tourists and researchers alike.
