Mirage Volcano

The Mirage volcano is an outdoor entertainment installation at the resort's front entrance that stages nightly pyrotechnic, lighting, and music shows. The attraction debuted with The Mirage when it opened in 1989 and has been a long-running free spectacle on the Las Vegas Strip. The artificial volcano is centered on a landscaped pool and uses flame effects and synchronized sound for scheduled evening performances.
