Hedemora stadshotell is the main hotel in Hedemora, Dalarna County, Sweden, featuring a rich history dating back to 1860. Originally designed by C. Ålander, the hotel has undergone several renovations, including the addition of the lounge by restaurateur Ture Sjögren in 1887. The hotel became city-owned in the 1890s and has served various purposes, including housing the Hedemora Spirit Company. Notably, in 1897, it hosted Oscar II, who used the conference room as a liaison office, now known as the Oscar Room.
