Victory Grill

The Victory Grill opened in 1945 in East Austin and became a prominent music venue on the Chitlin' Circuit, hosting blues, jazz, and R&B performers. It served as a social and cultural hub for Austin’s African American community during the era of segregation. The building has been recognized as a historic landmark and has been preserved and rehabilitated to continue operating as a performance space and community venue.
