Musée Mécanique's Coin-Operated Collection

Musée Mécanique, located at Pier 45 in Fisherman's Wharf, houses one of the largest privately owned collections of coin-operated mechanical musical instruments and antique arcade machines in the world. Many of the machines are original, mechanically operated, and remain playable for visitors. The collection includes early 20th-century penny arcade artifacts and elaborate mechanical figures not commonly seen in public museums.
