National Ornamental Metal Museum

The National Ornamental Metal Museum is located on the Mississippi River and is the only museum in North America devoted exclusively to the preservation and interpretation of decorative and architectural metalwork. The museum holds collections of metal objects, a functioning metalsmith shop, and archives documenting craft techniques and history. It is a Smithsonian Affiliate and operates public exhibitions, demonstrations, and educational programs on metal arts.
