Old Red Museum (Dallas County Courthouse) - 1892 Romanesque sandstone courthouse

The Dallas County Courthouse, commonly called "Old Red," was completed in 1892 in a red sandstone Romanesque Revival style and now houses the Old Red Museum of Dallas County History & Culture. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a well-documented example of late 19th-century courthouse architecture in Texas. The museum preserves and interprets county and city history within the original courthouse structure.
