Western Financial Place

Western Financial Place is a vibrant multi-purpose recreational facility located in Cranbrook, British Columbia, featuring a 4,268-seat arena and an aquatics centre. Opened in 2000, it serves as a venue for various events, including Vancouver Canucks practice sessions, concerts, and performances by circus groups. The arena, which is NHL-sized, has hosted the Kootenay Ice WHL team and numerous entertainment shows. After a temporary closure due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the facility reopened in November 2020, having undergone significant renovations to enhance visitor experience.
