Orchestra Hall (Detroit Symphony Orchestra)

Orchestra Hall at 3711 Woodward Avenue opened in 1919 as the home of the Detroit Symphony Orchestra. After periods of financial difficulty and changes, the building was restored and the DSO reestablished Orchestra Hall as its permanent home. Orchestra Hall has played a central role in Detroit's classical music history and continues to host symphony concerts and other musical events.
