Stark Building

The Stark Building, a historic commercial structure in Waltham, Massachusetts, was constructed in 1891 by John Stark Jr., a notable figure in the watchmaking industry. This three-story brick building, featuring elegant Queen Anne architectural details, is one of the few well-preserved examples from the 19th century in the area. Located on Moody Street, a key commercial hub, the building showcases decorative terra cotta panels and distinctive window designs. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1989, making it a significant site for both tourists and researchers interested in local history and architecture.
