2 Broadway is a prominent office skyscraper located in Manhattan's Financial District, near Bowling Green Park. Completed in 1959, this 32-story building was designed by Emery Roth & Sons and features a striking blue-green tinted glass facade, renovated in 1999. It serves as the headquarters for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) and houses several of its subsidiary agencies. The site has a rich history, previously occupied by the New York Produce Exchange, which thrived in the late 19th century.
