Ford Piquette Avenue Plant

The Ford Piquette Avenue Plant opened in 1904 as an early Ford Motor Company factory and is widely credited as the birthplace of the Ford Model T, where prototypes and early production were developed. The building now operates as the Ford Piquette Avenue Museum, preserving early Ford cars, artifacts, and interpretation of early automotive manufacturing. It offers public tours, educational programs, and hosts historic vehicle displays.
