Paul Revere House

The Paul Revere House at 19 North Square is a late 17th-century structure and is the oldest building in downtown Boston. Paul Revere purchased the house in 1770 and lived there during his famous 1775 midnight ride and afterward until 1800. The building is preserved and operated as a historic house museum by the Paul Revere Memorial Association, interpreting colonial daily life and Revere's role in Revolutionary-era Boston.
