Charles D. Lewis House

The Charles D. Lewis House, located in Sherborn, Massachusetts, is a historic two-story wood-frame structure notable for its informal Shingle style and Colonial Revival details. Built around 1905 as a gentleman's farm and one of the town's earliest summer residences, it features a distinctive V-shape design with a south-facing entrance, porches, and a circular driveway supported by Tuscan columns. The house is significant for its architectural style and historical context, having been constructed by businessman Charles D. Lewis, whose family owned Lewis Wharf in Boston. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986, making it a point of interest for both tourists and researchers.
