Moore–Youse–Maxon House

The Moore–Youse–Maxon House, also known as the Moore–Youse Home Museum, is a historic house in Muncie, Indiana, built around 1860 in the vernacular Greek Revival style. This two-story dwelling features a distinctive rebuilt front porch and has been preserved as a museum by the Delaware County Historical Society. The house has a rich history, remaining in the same family from 1864 until 1982, and is located in the Walnut Street Historic District. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984, making it a significant site for tourists and researchers interested in local history and architecture.
