Isaac Crocker Homestead

The Isaac Crocker Homestead, located in Marstons Mills, Massachusetts, is a historic farm and home built around 1750. This 6.5-acre property features a unique wooden grain silo and is recognized as the oldest example of Cape Cod-style architecture in the area. After operating as a farm for over 250 years, the homestead faced threats of demolition but was saved by community efforts and is now owned by Dr. Joan Elizabeth Fand, who has restored the property. The farm now focuses on sustainable agriculture, growing crops to support at-risk pollinators like honeybees, making it a significant site for both historical and ecological interest.
