Torre KOI

Torre KOI is a striking 64-story mixed-use skyscraper located in the Valle Oriente district of Monterrey, Mexico, standing at 279.5 meters (917 feet) tall, making it the second tallest completed building in the country. Designed by VFO Arquitectos, it is part of the VAO complex, which includes additional residential and office towers, as well as a shopping center. The construction of Torre KOI featured an impressive foundation process, requiring the largest concrete casting in Mexico at the time. The building offers a mix of office space, luxury apartments, and penthouses, with residents enjoying amenities such as an infinity pool and a bar on the 22nd floor. The project is also recognized for its sustainability, having received LEED BD+C Silver certification.
