Artisan (Cleveland)

Artisan is a striking 24-story residential tower located in the vibrant University Circle district of Cleveland, Ohio. Standing at 267 feet tall, it is the tallest building in the city outside of downtown. Completed in 2023, Artisan is part of the ambitious $417 million Circle Square project, which aims to enhance the area with mixed-use developments. The project includes the Artisan and the Library Lofts, alongside a new branch of the Cleveland Public Library. Construction began in April 2021 after initial proposals were made in 2014, showcasing Cleveland's commitment to urban development and revitalization.
