Moquin's Bakery

Moquin's Bakery, also known as the Biscuit Factory, is a historic site located in Burlington, Vermont. Built in 1915, it became a significant local bakery before being acquired by the National Biscuit Company (Nabisco) in the 1930s. The building features a distinctive two-story brick structure with a rich architectural history and was a major economic contributor to the area until its closure in 1969. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997, it has been transformed into residential units, making it a unique blend of history and modern living in Burlington's Old North End.
