The Ryndzyun hydropathic, located in Rostov-on-Don, Russia, was the city's first hydropathic institution established by Dr. Ilya Gilelevich Ryndzyun in the late 19th century. This historic mansion, built in a unique southern Russian eclectic style, offered innovative treatments including hydrotherapy and light therapy. The institution gained popularity quickly, attracting notable visitors, including the writer Anton Chekhov. Despite its cultural significance, the building fell into disrepair and was ultimately demolished in 2014.
