Matthews Arena - oldest indoor hockey arena still in use

Matthews Arena opened in 1910 as the Boston Arena and is the oldest indoor ice hockey arena still in use in the world. It serves as the home arena for Northeastern University men's and women's ice hockey. The arena hosted the original Boston Bruins during their early NHL seasons and has been continuously used for collegiate and professional events since opening.
