Le M Residence

Le M Residence is an impressive skyscraper complex located in the Xinban Special District of New Taipei, Taiwan. Featuring two towers, the residential tower stands at 172 meters with 46 floors, while the hotel tower reaches 145.2 meters with 31 floors. The complex, which began construction in 2014 and is set to open in 2025, covers an area of 11,691 square meters and represents a significant investment of approximately NT$15 billion.
