Telephone Factory Lofts

The Telephone Factory Lofts, located in the vibrant Poncey-Highland neighborhood of Atlanta, is a historic mixed-use building along the BeltLine trail. Originally constructed in 1938 as a factory for Western Electric, it manufactured and repaired telephones and switchboard systems. The building features a striking 75-foot Art Deco-style tower and includes 66 loft units that range in size from 750 to 10,000 square feet. In 1995, it was transformed into lofts, with a portion of the units designated for affordable housing for artists and creatives. Since 2011, the lofts have been offered at market rates, making it a unique blend of history and modern living in a culturally rich area.
