Johnson Space Center used in Apollo 13

Parts of Ron Howard’s 1995 film Apollo 13 were filmed at NASA’s Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center in Houston with NASA cooperation; production used Mission Control and other center facilities to add authenticity. NASA allowed access to some consoles, props, and training areas for interior shots and background. The JSC continues to host film and media collaborations for projects depicting NASA operations.
