Norwell Residence

The Norwell Residence is a historic Victorian house located in the Columbia-Tusculum neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio, built in 1890. This architecturally significant structure features a unique 'L' shape, ornate details such as imbricated shingles and spindled railings, and two distinct porches. Recognized for its well-preserved architecture, it was deemed 'outstanding' in a 1978 preservation survey and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979. The residence is notable not only for its design but also for its influence on nearby homes, with eight other residences in the area modeled after it.
