Musical Instrument Museum (MIM)

The Musical Instrument Museum opened in 2010 and features a global collection of musical instruments and related objects from around the world. The museum's galleries display instruments from more than 200 countries and territories and the collection is commonly cited as comprising thousands of items. MIM presents rotating exhibitions, educational programs, and live performances in its on-site theater. It is a major cultural destination in north Phoenix for music and ethnomusicology.
