Bombay House

Bombay House is a historic building in Mumbai, India, serving as the headquarters of the Tata Group since its completion in 1924. Designed by Scottish architect George Wittet, this four-story colonial structure is notable for its role in the expansion of the Tata Group under Sir Dorabji Tata, where significant business ventures were initiated, including the first Indian airline and major acquisitions. The building's interiors have largely remained unchanged, preserving its historical essence, while it continues to house around 400 employees from various Tata companies. Despite a tragic fire in 2011, Bombay House remains a symbol of corporate heritage in India.
