Sulphur Dell site / First Horizon Park (historic baseball ground location)

The former Sulphur Dell baseball park, long noted for its unusually steep outfield inclines that affected play, occupied the block now partly occupied by First Horizon Park. Sulphur Dell hosted professional and Negro League baseball into the mid-20th century before its demolition; First Horizon Park opened on the nearby site in 2015 as the home of the Nashville Sounds.
