Elveden Centre

Elveden Centre is a striking three-tower office complex located at 717 7th Avenue Southwest in Calgary, Alberta, showcasing the International-style architecture. Constructed between 1959 and 1964, it was commissioned by the Guinness family during Calgary's oil boom, reflecting the city's rapid growth. The central tower, Elveden House, is named after the family's estate in Suffolk, while the other towers, Iveagh House and Guinness House, honor the family's heritage. With over 447,000 square feet of office space, Elveden Centre is not only a functional workspace but also a significant historical landmark, recognized as a top priority site by the Calgary Heritage Authority.
