The Manor Apartment Hotel, located at 289 Queen Street in Brisbane, Queensland, is a heritage-listed building originally constructed between 1930 and 1931 for the Colonial Mutual Life Assurance Society. Designed by Hennessey, Hennessey & Co., this ten-storey structure showcases a blend of American Art Deco and Norman architectural influences, featuring distinctive Benedict Stone facades. After serving various purposes, including as Newspaper House, it was transformed into an apartment hotel in 1994, offering 46 fully equipped apartments that retain the building's historical charm.
