Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) headquarters and operations

VTA's headquarters in north San José houses the agency's administrative offices and supports operational control for bus and light rail service. Control centers, rail yards, vehicle maintenance facilities, and signal equipment rooms at VTA properties are restricted to credentialed employees and contractors for safety and security reasons. Access to these operational areas is generally prohibited to the public except on authorized tours or escorted visits.
