The Codding Farm, located at 217 High Street in North Attleborough, Massachusetts, is a historic farmstead that spans just under 4 acres and features three significant buildings. The main house, built around 1833, showcases a charming Cape style architecture with a center chimney and distinctive dormers. The property also includes two kitchen ell additions, a 1940 garage, and a 1918 barn designed for dairying operations. Owned by a single family for 150 years, the farm has a rich history, including its conversion for dual family use and later leasing to tenant farmers. In 2000, the town acquired the property to preserve its historical significance, and it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2009. Today, visitors can explore the rehabilitated buildings and enjoy recreational areas set aside on the farm.
