Helmántico Stadium

Helmántico Stadium, located in Villares de la Reina near Salamanca, Spain, is a notable football venue with a capacity of 17,341. Opened in 1970, it served as the home ground for UD Salamanca and currently hosts Salamanca CF UDS. The stadium features a mini-stadium named after high jump legend Javier Sotomayor, where international athletic events are held. Additionally, the complex includes swimming pools and tennis courts, making it a versatile sports hub. After the dissolution of UD Salamanca in 2013, the stadium was auctioned and is now managed by Desarrollos Empresariales Deportivos S.L., ensuring its continued use for local football.
