Skagit River Hydroelectric Project (Gorge, Diablo, Ross dams)

Seattle City Light owns and operates the Skagit River Hydroelectric Project, which comprises three dams-Gorge, Diablo, and Ross-located in the North Cascades. The project supplies hydroelectric power to Seattle and has been a core part of the city's municipal power system since the early 20th century. Generation facilities, transmission lines, and access roads for the project are managed by Seattle City Light.
