East Runton Windmill

East Runton Windmill is a historic grade II listed tower mill located in East Runton, Norfolk, England. First recorded on a map in 1826, it has a rich history, including ownership by miller Joseph Baker and notable incidents such as an accident involving a young girl in 1860. The mill operated until the early 20th century before falling into disrepair. In 2003, it was transformed into residential accommodation, featuring a newly added cap and fantail. The five-storey structure, standing 38 feet tall, showcases traditional windmill architecture and offers a glimpse into the region's milling heritage, making it an interesting site for tourists and researchers alike.
