Avon Isle

Avon Isle is a historic dance pavilion located in Avon, Ohio, featuring beautiful French Colonial revival architecture. Built in the early 20th century, it served as a popular venue for civic and social events, hosting renowned entertainers like Guy Lombardo during a time when nearby cities prohibited Sunday dancing. The pavilion, which includes a stage and kitchenette, has been renovated and is now available for rent for various events, making it a charming destination for both tourists and researchers interested in local history and architecture. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2010.
