Tudor Place - Georgetown estate and museum

Tudor Place is a Federal-style estate in Georgetown built in 1816 and long owned by the Custis-Peter family, descendants of Martha Washington. The house and its six-acre gardens preserve original furnishings, artworks, and archival materials documenting the family's history and the estate's role in early Washington society. The property operates as a historic house museum and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
