St Mary's Church, Bathwick

St Mary's Church, also known as Bathwick Old Church, was a medieval parish church located in Bathwick, England, notable for its Early English tower and capacity for 130 worshippers. By the Georgian era, the church had fallen into disrepair, leading to its demolition in 1818 to make way for the new St Mary the Virgin's Church. Many materials from the old church were repurposed in the new construction. Today, remnants of the churchyard can be found at St John the Baptist's Church, where the burial plots of Bathwick Old Church still exist, offering a glimpse into the area's historical significance.
