Belvedere Garden

Belvedere Garden is a prominent private housing estate in Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong, featuring 6,016 flats across 19 high-rise towers. Developed by Cheung Kong Holdings between 1987 and 1991, it offers a self-contained community with amenities like a shopping arcade and wet market. As of the 2016 census, it housed nearly 19,000 residents, predominantly of Chinese ethnicity, with a median household income of HK$47,500. The estate is part of the local political landscape, falling within two constituencies, and is served by schools in the Primary One Admission School Net 62. Notably, it was also the site of a bank robbery in 2001 and faced a lockdown during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021.
