Bexar County Courthouse (Old Red)

The Bexar County Courthouse is a Romanesque Revival red sandstone and granite building completed in the 1890s that serves as the county's primary courthouse and offices. Its robust masonry, rounded arches, and tower elements are characteristic of late 19th-century Romanesque civic architecture in Texas. The courthouse is a downtown San Antonio landmark located near Alamo Plaza.
