Red Cube (Isamu Noguchi)

Red Cube is a painted steel sculpture by Isamu Noguchi installed outside 140 Broadway in Lower Manhattan in 1968. The bright red cube is set on one corner and features a large central void, creating a visually dramatic, cantilevered appearance in front of the office building. It is a well-known landmark in the Financial District and an example of Noguchi's public-sculpture work.
