Old Town Hall, Levoča

The Old Town Hall in Levoča, Slovakia, is a historic building dating back to the 15th century, located in the town's main square. After suffering significant damage from fires in 1550 and 1599, it was reconstructed in 1615 in Renaissance style, featuring arcades and a belfry added between 1656 and 1661. The southern facade showcases wall paintings symbolizing virtues such as moderation and bravery. Now part of the Spiš Museum, it houses the original town council chamber and exhibits, including a notable 19th-century painting of the 'White Lady', a figure tied to local legend.
