Deer Valley Rock Art Center

Deer Valley Rock Art Center preserves prehistoric petroglyph panels created by Hohokam and other ancestral peoples and interprets them for the public. The site includes a short walking trail to the rock art and a small visitor center with exhibits about the archaeology of the area. It is located in the desert north of central Phoenix and is open only during published hours and program times, which can make visiting more difficult without planning.
